We are a trading company that operates 9.30am – 5.30pm Monday – Friday, 9.30am – 4pm Saturday and Sunday. We will attempt to answer any questions quickly and efficiently during trading hours, but as a general rule we will respond within 24 hours. Freight/delivery: 

For easy tracking and safety, we use a nationwide courier company for our deliveries. They are unable to deliver to PO Boxes so please ensure you can provide a physical address. Goods are shipped directly from our warehouse in Melbourne within 24 hours of your payment clearing. Estimated delivery time: METRO destinations – 2-3 days REGIONAL destinations – 5-10 days.

 Metro = receivers postcode is serviced by our carrier’s Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane, Perth, Hobart, Launceston, Canberra depots and falls within their metro network of service. Any suburbs that require on-forwarding, use of third party transporting or is serviced by a satellite depot are considered regional areas. If you are unsure please request clarification from us prior to ordering.
No weekend deliveries. Deliveries are executed Mon-Fri during business hours.

Limitation of delivery by freight company is to the door, at the drivers discretion they may assist you in hand unloading your consignment but are not required to. If you do not have the resources to unload the delivery please let us know in advance so we can find an alternate freight company (extra charges may apply)

Payment terms: 

Preferred payment method is via direct deposit or internet bank transfer, please include invoice reference in payment description. If payment was made at a branch, please email us the branch where the deposit was made so we can track your payment.

We have eftpos facilities at the warehouse if you wish to pay via credit card; we accept Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard only.

Warranty: 

12 months manufacturers warranty on workmanship and materials. This product is designed for domestic use only and therefore the warranty does not apply to commercial applications.

• Does not cover transit damage if insurance was not purchased.


• Does not cover any physical damage, accidents or by misuse of the product.


• The warranty is applicable from the date of purchase and all warranty claims must be supported with a dated receipt as proof of purchase.
